Shun Shing Building Contractors Limited was established in 1978 and became Shun Shing Contractors Limited (“Shun Shing”) in 2006. With over 40 years of work experience, Shun Shing is financially sound and well founded to provide high quality services.
WHAT WE DO
Shun Shing is a Registered General Building Contractor with the Buildings Department, Approved Contractor for Public Works, Group B on Probation under "Buildings" Category with the Development Bureau, Maintence Work Categery-Group M1 (Probation) and a Registered Electrical Contractor with the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department. The services include building alterations and additions, modifications, renovations, waterproofing and fitting out works for domestic premises, schools, shopping malls and hotels and Public Housing.
Shun Shing develops a sound human resource management strategy and a well-defined organizational structure. With an experienced and professional team, we carry out the works in strict compliance with the Buildings Ordinance and other relevant rules and regulations in Hong Kong.
Shun Shing strictly monitors all project performance. During the course of the works, our site staff ensure quality workmanship and timely service delivery. We also coordinate with all stakeholders concerned to keep the inconvenience and disruption to the barest minimum.
Shun Shing holds regular progress meetings with the stakeholders to review the works schedule. More importantly, we take owners’ advice and maintain good relationship with them to ensure the works are carried out smoothly to their satisfaction, within budget, and on time.
Shun Shing has engaged into the Quality Management System, Environmental Management System and Occupational Health and Safety Management System, and fully implemented them. In 2010 and thereafter, we were accordingly certified ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001.
